Legends! We're back in the EU! We appreciate your patience and want to help you celebrate (plus, you may be running low on supps!).

If you received an "Account Invite" email from GHOST®, your account has already been transferred from the GHOST® UK store. This was based on the address you had on file, which was located outside of the United Kingdom. Click the "Activate your account" button in the email, enter a new password for your account, and you're all set!

If you did not receive an "Account Invite" email, then you'll want to create a new account. If you have loyalty points/a profile from the GHOST® UK site and don't see those points or badges in your current account, reach out to our Customer Support team at support@ghostlifestyle.com and they'll be able to help!

If you are receiving an error message when creating an account, "such as your account was already created", or you keep getting redirected to the "Sign In"/"Sign Up" page, this just means your account was transferred from the GHOST® UK store and you haven't activated your account via the "Account Invite" email. Check your inbox again, and if it isn't there, please reach out to our Customer Support team.
