We do our very best to respond to support emails within 48 hours.
RETURN POLICY
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased within the last 15 days.
The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition. All t-shirts are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges.
You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from ghostlifestyle.com. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.
Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.
SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Stuff happens, and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.
CHARGEBACKS
Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All orders placed before 2:00PM (1400) Monday-Friday are shipped same day. Orders placed after 2:00PM (1400) will ship next business day (excluding holidays.)
CUSTOMS
We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of Belgium. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order).
If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
TRANSIT TIME
While we work with our couriers to ensure timely deliveries, orders do occasionally experience unexpected delays. We take all measures possible to ensure a timely delivery, and will continue to improve processes and explore new alternatives to expedite transit times.
*Transit Days are represented as "Business" Days and are estimates.
