GHOST® WHEY PROTEIN BARS RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Butter (or any Nut Butter)
  • 1/4 Cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 Scoop of GHOST® WHEY x NUTTER BUTTER® "CHOCOLATE"
  • 1/4 Cup of Milk (I used Oat)
  • 1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup of Chocolate Chips Melted
  • Sprinkle of Sea Salt

    Directions

    • Mix all ingredients (besides chocolate chips & salt) into a bowl
    • Take a piece of foil and place it on a pan
    • Spray olive oil or spread coconut oil over the foil
    • Place mixture and pat flat with about 1-2 inches thickness
    • Melt chocolate and spread over the top of the bars
    • Freeze overnight
    • Remove from freezer, sprinkle sea salt and enjoy!
                *Taste better if you keep them frozen or you can keep them in the refrigerator!
