GHOST® WHEY PROTEIN BARS
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Rolled Oats
- 1/2 Cup Almond Butter (or any Nut Butter)
- 1/4 Cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 Scoop of GHOST® WHEY x NUTTER BUTTER® "CHOCOLATE"
- 1/4 Cup of Milk (I used Oat)
- 1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1/4 Cup of Chocolate Chips Melted
- Sprinkle of Sea Salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients (besides chocolate chips & salt) into a bowl
- Take a piece of foil and place it on a pan
- Spray olive oil or spread coconut oil over the foil
- Place mixture and pat flat with about 1-2 inches thickness
- Melt chocolate and spread over the top of the bars
- Freeze overnight
- Remove from freezer, sprinkle sea salt and enjoy!
